Plumbing services in San Antonio
Homes only, from a dripping faucet to a whole-house repipe. Every page has the typical price, and the exact one is written at your door before any work starts.

Drain cleaning and sewer lines
Kitchen, tub and shower drains cleared with the cable machine in one visit. Main sewer line from your cleanout, camera inspection to see what's in it, hydro-jetting for grease and roots.
Single drain $150 to $325. Main sewer line $250 to $450.

Water heaters
Repair when it makes sense, replacement the same day when it doesn't. 40 and 50-gallon tanks on the van, tankless installed with the gas line sized right. San Antonio's hard water means a flush every year.
50-gallon gas tank installed $1,600 to $2,600. Tankless $3,200 to $5,500.

Leak repair and slab leaks
Pinhole leaks in copper, drips in walls and ceilings, and the slab leaks our clay soil is known for. We find the line with listening equipment and reroute it when that's cheaper than breaking the floor.
Pipe repair $250 to $600. Slab leak reroute $1,500 to $4,500.

Repiping
Galvanized steel from before 1975 and gray polybutylene from the 1980s both fail from the inside. We replace the supply lines with PEX in two to three days, water on every evening.
Two-bath home $5,500 to $9,500.

Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
Faucets, toilets, disposals, shower valves, gas lines for a range or a dryer, and the rough-in for a remodel. We bring the common parts so most jobs are done in one trip.
Toilet replaced $450 to $750. Faucet installed $180 to $350.

Emergency plumber, 24/7
Burst pipe, sewage backup, no water, a heater pouring on the garage floor. A person answers the phone day and night, and the website tells you what to do while the van is on its way.
Nights, weekends and holidays: $150 on top of the repair, set before we start.
