A family plumbing company, since 2004

Hector Treviño started with one used van. His daughter Marisol runs the office today, and the company still carries the name of the creek two blocks from the shop.

Our story

Hector Treviño started as an apprentice on the north side in 1989 and got his master license in 1998.

In 2004 he bought a used van, named the company after the creek that runs past the yard he grew up next to, and took every call himself.

His daughter Marisol joined in 2015 and runs the office and the dispatch. Danny Castillo, with us since 2011, leads the water heater and repipe jobs.

Today we're 11 people and four vans, working out of a small shop on McCullough Avenue, two blocks from Olmos Creek.

  • Water heater died on a Sunday morning. I filled out the form, Marisol called in ten minutes and Danny had a new 50-gallon tank running by 3 pm. The price he gave me on the phone was the price on the invoice.

  • Slab leak under the hallway. Two other companies wanted to jackhammer the floor. Hector found the line with his listening gear and rerouted it through the attic in a day. No broken tile.

  • Good work on our repipe and the crew cleaned up every evening. It took three days instead of the two we were told, because of a wall they didn't expect. They called to explain and the price didn't change.

  • Sewage backing up in the tub at 11 pm. The website told me to stop running water and the on-call guy was here by midnight with the cable machine. Roots in the main line, cleared in an hour.

  • Our 1928 house has pipes from three different decades. Hector walked me through what to fix now and what could wait. He talked me out of a bigger job. Who does that?

  • The price guide on the site was within fifty dollars of what the kitchen drain actually cost. Showed up in the two-hour window they gave me, shoe covers on, done in forty minutes.

  • Pipe froze and split in the garage during the cold snap. Marisol walked me through the shut-off valve over the phone while a van was on the way. Fixed the same morning.

  • Tankless install in the garage. Danny explained why he was moving the gas line and showed me the pressure test before he closed the wall. Clean job, hot water in ten seconds now.
