Who handles your data

BRNSG, sole proprietorship of Guillaume Bernas, 17 Chemin des Sept, 62320 Bois-Bernard, France, contact@brnsg.com. Olmos Creek Plumbing is a fictional company: BRNSG runs this website and receives what you send through its forms.

What we collect

Through the forms: your name, email, phone number, address or ZIP code, the details of your request and, if you did the emergency check, your three answers. If you pick a photo, only its file name is sent: the photo itself stays on your device. Nothing is collected when you simply browse.

Why

To send you the confirmation email a real customer would receive, so you can see the whole experience.

To let BRNSG offer you a free website mockup if you run a business.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox under each form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

Brevo (email delivery, European Union), Supabase (database, European Union) and Vercel (hosting, technical logs). BRNSG does not sell or share your personal information, and never uses it for advertising.

How long we keep it

30 days, then it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@brnsg.com. Residents of the European Union can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. Texas residents have rights of access, correction and deletion under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

Cookies

None. A technical session storage remembers the state of the BRNSG bar and your emergency check answers, and is erased when you close the tab.
