Marisol answers within one business day. Something urgent? Call (210) 555-0147.
Who answers
Marisol picks up from 7 am, Monday through Saturday. She knows which van is where and gives you a two-hour window on the first call.
After 7 pm and on Sundays the line forwards to the on-call plumber. He calls back within 30 minutes, and comes out the same night if water is running or sewage is backing up.
