Service areas
Four vans out of one shop on McCullough Avenue. We cover San Antonio inside Loop 1604, usually within 25 minutes, and the emergency window is the same everywhere on this map.

What we see in each area
- Monte Vista 5 min
- Our neighborhood. Homes from the 1910s to the 1940s, with cast iron drains and copper or galvanized supply lines from three different owners. We carry the odd sizes.
- Alamo Heights 10 min
- Older copper under the slab and big live oaks whose roots find every sewer joint. Camera inspection before any sewer work.
- Stone Oak 22 min
- 1990s and 2000s homes on expansive clay. Slab leaks and failed pressure regulators are the two calls we get most up here.
- Alamo Ranch 25 min
- Newer subdivisions. Builder-grade water heaters reaching 10 years, and water pressure that calls for a regulator.
- Schertz 25 min
- Our northeastern edge. Emergency calls still get the same window; estimates are still free.
Is your house on the map?
Then the estimate is free and the emergency window is the same. Start with the emergency check, or call the shop.
